The land that these soldiers are buried on is American soil. It was given to our government for our men.. There is a small  tower on the grounds that houses a chapel.
It is only open certain times a during the year.
It is a serene place and very pretty... Nestled among the trees. Birds singing fill thet air.
There is no doubt that the men here are resting in peace.

There were so many stones.
So many nationalities and religions resting together.
I was so moved to see this cross and couldn't help but wonder what heroic deed cost him everything.
